We are pleased to share the successful completion of our newest project: the WELL Spec Lab at 705 Mt. Auburn Street. Spear Street Capital has transformed this facility to provide state-of-the-art laboratory space in Watertown, Massachusetts. The design of the laboratory is intentionally structured to promote collaboration among top researchers, allowing them to exchange ideas and utilize vital resources for their research initiatives. Our collaboration with Elkus Manfredi as the designer and Consigli Construction as the contractor has been instrumental in the successful completion of this project.
