UNC Charlotte, recognized as North Carolina’s urban research university, is transforming the second floor of Cameron Hall to strengthen its commitment to cutting-edge research. This renovation, led by Randolph & Sons Builders, Inc. and designed with RFD as the lab planner, will significantly enhance research infrastructure, supporting the university's focus on educational and economic impact in the Charlotte region.

New England Lab is excited to support UNC Charlotte’s ambitious vision by supplying high-quality lab furnishings and equipment tailored to the project’s needs. This includes double-sided Optima™ benches from Mott Manufacturing, featuring adjustable shelving and pre-wired service cores, Pro Series fume hoods, and essential lab equipment such as autoclaves, glass washers, and biological safety cabinets. These installations will provide both synthetic and wet labs with a state-of-the-art, efficient work environment that accommodates the university’s diverse research activities.

Through this collaborative effort, we’re contributing to an advanced, adaptable laboratory space, promoting UNC Charlotte’s role in fostering innovation.
