The newly developed Watertown Arsenal neighborhood is an up-and-coming biotech cluster with several life science companies taking up residency along the Charles River in Massachusetts.

Wise Construction recently awarded New England Lab as the laboratory furniture provider for two different incoming tenant spaces.

Both lab spaces will be furnished with pre-plumbed and pre-wired freestanding benches for the present and future adaptability of the space. As the popular choice for the industry because of chemical resistance and durability, painted steel casework will be used for the flexible suspended storage cabinets.
