New England Lab was recently awarded University of Maryland Eastern Shore's STEM Building project. The new, 166,000 sq. ft.,3-story structure will be completed in 24 months, and will be the largest building on campus. It is also the first classroom building being built on the campus since 2003. It will be the new home for aviation science, computer science and engineering instruction.
The new STEM building will contain classrooms, labs, faculty offices, conference rooms, a library, media production facilities, a lounge and central computing services.
NEL will be supplying our painted metal casework, fume hoods, overhead service carriers, and our mobile carts and tables for this project.
