We would like to welcome Jacob Couture who has joined our team as a Field Operations Installer. Jacob has recently joined New England Lab with 2-1/2 years of experience in customer service, shipping and receiving, and field work. His experience will be put to good use with our busy install schedule this spring and summer! In his free time, Jacob enjoys grilling and leading a small choir at his local church.
