AstraZeneca is launching a state-of-the-art R&D Center in Kendall Square, Cambridge, MA. This 570,000-square-foot research facility, led by Turner Construction Company and designed by HOK, is strategically located in Greater Boston’s life sciences hub - to foster biotech innovation and collaboration.

To support the diverse needs of the laboratories across floors 3–15, our trusted vendor, Mott Manufacturing Limited, assisted us in providing highly flexible and reconfigurable laboratory furniture. The labs will feature the Altus Table System with durable black phenolic countertops, two-tier shelving pre-plumbed with up to three services, overhead service panels, phenolic casework, mobile cabinets, and SafeGuard™ fume hoods.
