Montana Avenue Capital Partners, a Los Angeles-based real estate investment, management, and development firm, has proposed converting a three-story, 106,000 square foot building in Burlington from an office space into a state-of-the-art laboratory. New England Lab, PIDC Construction, Vivo Architecture, and Mott Manufacturing will collaborate on this transformation to create a cutting-edge facility.

The lab is expected to utilize the Cambridge Bench System in this space, offering potential tenants a customizable system to meet their specific requirements. The benches come equipped with uprights and two-tiered upper shelves made of painted steel.

The Pro Series fume hoods, which are mounted on the benches, are utilized in the space to enhance performance and save costs, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for prospective clients.
