We are excited to announce the completion of two floors of plug-and-play lab suites, at 10 Prospect Street, part of the USQ master plan in Union Square Somerville, MA. This facility has lab suites on the 5th and 6th floors, equipped with flexible laboratory furniture to accommodate the various needs of Life Science professionals. We are honored to have supported the Gilbane Building Company as the general contractor and CI Design as the architect in the completion of this state-of-the-art facility.
