New England Lab is making some changes to prepare to launch its newest division - a direct sales and e-commerce group.  With a commitment to "service first", it was only fitting for our first hire to be focused on customer service and sales administration.

That said, we would like to congratulate Tess Buccigrosso on her move from Administrative Assistant to Client Services Specialist.  In this newly created role, she will be on the front line of customer phone and email inquiries.

Secondly, Danielle Brown (who previously worked for NEL in 2007/2008) graduated last fall from the University of Albany, and has moved back to the area. We are excited to have her back and look forward to her stepping in as our new receptionist and Administrative Assistant.  Both moves are clear steps toward maintaining the highest level of client support available in our industry - something we take great pride in.
