A new construction project is currently underway in Durham, North Carolina — the Roxboro at Venable Center. This 8-story building will serve as R&D spec lab suites. We’re excited to be collaborating with Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC as the general contractor and Redline Design Group as the architect.

New England Lab is delivering adaptable, high-performance lab furniture solutions in collaboration with our vendor, Mott Manufacturing Limited. Key product includes the Altus Bench System, featuring prewired electrical, two-tier shelving, and three-drawer cabinets designed for maximum flexibility. The lab will also include bench-mounted fume hoods with acid and flammable storage cabinets, along with painted steel casework with epoxy countertops, drop-in sinks, and pegboards throughout the space.
