The Davis Companies, a comprehensive real estate investment, development, and management firm located in Boston, has partnered with Boston Development Group, a family-owned entity comprising privately held real estate firms in Massachusetts, to co-develop a purpose-built Class A life science campus in Watertown, MA. This project will take place on a five-acre site along Galen Street. New England Lab, John Moriarty & Associates, TRIA, and our vendor Mott Manufacturing will work together on this initiative to establish a state-of-the-art facility.

The laboratory is anticipated to incorporate the painted steel Optima Series Bench within this area, providing prospective tenants with a flexible system tailored to their individual needs. The benches feature notches for uprights, which are designed to accommodate two-tiered upper painted steel shelving. Additionally, painted steel Cambridge Series tables will be employed in the space for their versatility, complemented by color-coordinated painted steel wall-mounted shelving.

The SafeGuard™ fume hoods, positioned atop a combination of acid and flammable cabinets, are employed in this area to improve functionality and visibility, thereby creating a safe and effective environment for potential clients. New England Lab is proud to support The Davis Companies and Boston Development Group in transforming this space into a facility that accommodates various research and application needs.
