The Showroom can be booked for pre-planning meetings where the “Synergy” conference room is used to do a complete design review of the drawings and specifications prior to bid document completion. You will work with a New England Lab product expert to review every detail from which type of bench meets the client needs to fume hood locations and escape routes. Figuring out which kind of shelf retainers are desired, electrical outlet locations, and shelf mounting heights are other questions that are easily reviewed in front of the actual products on display.
This event is great for the architect who wants to limit the RFI questions, make sure the scope is clear, or is looking for assistance to ensure a smooth and successful project. This is also helpful for the end users of the lab who may need to provide input to the questions that arise when an architect is not involved on the project. We have additional spaces upstairs in the “Collaboration” and “Discovery” conference rooms. These rooms can be combined for larger meetings that members of the mechanical trades may need to be present, or if there is a large group of end users giving design input.
